Experience the true essence of a real-time yoga session with our live, interactive classes guided by experienced instructors. Each session is thoughtfully designed to mirror the rhythm and depth of a traditional yoga class—right from your home.

Every 1-hour class is structured to bring balance to your body and mind:

  1. 15 minutes of gentle warm-up and breath awareness

     

  2. 5 minutes of guided meditation to center your thoughts

     

  3. 35–40 minutes of focused asana practice to build strength, flexibility, and stability

     

  4. 5 minutes of deep relaxation to help you unwind and integrate the practice

     

This structure may slightly vary based on the theme or focus of the day. Each class is carefully planned and customized in advance—whether we’re focusing on backbends, balance, breathing, or inner stillness—to offer you a fresh, intentional experience every time you step on the mat.

You’ll be guided through a progressive Hatha Yoga journey—from beginner to intermediate level. Each session is designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and focus, with clear instructions and modifications suitable for all levels.

The practice is thoughtfully planned each week, keeping your physical well-being in mind. You’ll also explore the connection between breath and movement, learning how to bring that awareness into every posture.

Zaisha Ji will be supporting you throughout the journey, personally addressing your questions and helping you deepen your practice with care and guidance.

You will be introduced to a range of yogic breathing practices like Anulom Vilom, Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, and Bhramari, taught step by step to help you gradually deepen your connection with the breath.

These practices are designed to calm the nervous system, improve lung capacity, and bring a sense of balance and clarity to your mind and body.

My journey into yoga began not as a profession, but as a way to heal myself. Like many of us, I struggled with stress, anxiety, and hormonal imbalances. It was through yoga that I found my breath again — a sense of balance, clarity, and strength, both on and off the mat.

Today, with over 5 years of yoga learning experience and 2 years of teaching, I feel blessed to share this ancient wisdom with people from all walks of life. 

Through my online classes and therapy sessions, I help women and men deal with:
