My journey into yoga began not as a profession, but as a way to heal myself. Like many of us, I struggled with stress, anxiety, and hormonal imbalances. It was through yoga that I found my breath again — a sense of balance, clarity, and strength, both on and off the mat.

Today, with over 5 years of yoga learning experience and 2 years of teaching, I feel blessed to share this ancient wisdom with people from all walks of life. 

Through my online classes and therapy sessions, I help women and men deal with:

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me journaling, cooking sattvik meals, experimenting with essential oils, or capturing beautiful wedding stories through my photography passion — because yes, I’m also a storyteller at heart.

No worries! Every session is recorded and shared privately with participants. So even if you miss a live class, you can catch up at your convenience and stay on track.

Yes! This is an online global program. All you need is a stable internet connection and a yoga mat. The time zone is IST (Indian Standard Time), but you’ll receive class recordings if the timing doesn’t suit you.

You’ll need a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a quiet space to move freely. Optional (but helpful) props include a yoga strap, block, chair, and a small towel or cushion.

Yes! The program includes flows and breathwork designed to support hormonal balance, digestion, and stress reliefall crucial for managing conditions like PCOD, PCOS, and thyroid imbalance. Always consult your doctor if unsure.
